What brand of equipment do you use?
We aren't locked into one manufacturer. We work with several leading product lines and recommend the one that fits your home, features, and budget best.
What happens if the power or internet goes out?
Our systems include battery backup to keep running during outages, and cellular communication keeps alarms reaching the monitoring center when your internet is down.
Do I need a landline?
No. Modern systems communicate over cellular and internet connections.
What if I set off the alarm by accident?
You can cancel from your keypad or app. The monitoring center will also contact you or your emergency contacts to verify before dispatching.
Can I control my system from my phone?
Yes. Most systems we install include a mobile app for arming, disarming, alerts, and, depending on the setup, locks, lights, and cameras.
I already have an alarm system. Can you take it over?
In many cases, yes. We can evaluate your existing equipment and let you know what can be reused, upgraded, or brought onto monitoring.

DIY kits leave the design up to you. We make sure coverage has no gaps, detection is placed correctly, and fire and life safety devices are done right, then we stand behind it with local service.
